For a leading Cypriot Audit & Accounting firm, we are looking for an experienced we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transfer Pricing Supervisor to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising transfer pricing policies, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and providing strategic guidance on intercompany transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain transfer pricing policies to ensure compliance with regulations
- Prepare and review transfer pricing documentation and reports
- Conduct benchmarking studies and economic analyses
- Coordinate with finance and tax teams on intercompany pricing
- Monitor changes in transfer pricing laws and update practices accordingly
- Support audits and communicate with tax authorities when needed
- Train and guide junior staff on transfer pricing matters
- Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, Finance, Law, ACCA, ACA, ADIT or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in transfer pricing within a consulting firm or industry
- Strong understanding of Cypriot and international transfer pricing regulations
- Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/finance skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.

Salary:
€27,600 – 32,400 annual gross, depending on experience
