Senior Auditor - Nicosia

A well-established professional services firm is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Auditor to join its team in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution of audit engagements for local and international clients in accordance with IFRS and ISA

• Work closely with Seniors and Managers to complete audit assignments efficiently and to a high standard

• Prepare audit working papers and documentation in line with firm policies and professional standards

• Communicate with clients to obtain the necessary information and resolve queries in a timely manner

• Identify and communicate audit issues to the Senior or Manager

• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, tax computations and tax returns

• Perform other audit-related duties as required

Requirements:

• Part-qualified ACA/ACCA, with demonstrable progress towards qualification

• 1.5–3 years of relevant audit experience

• Knowledge of Caseware International is essential

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English

• Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and analytical skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
