For a corporate finance boutique firm based in Limassol, we are seeking a dynamic Senior Analyst. The company provides the highest standards of service excellence and thrives in addressing tough challenges in complex financial situations. They offer corporate finance services, including fundraising, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring and investment advisory. They would like to grow the business both in Cyprus and beyond and is therefore looking to expand its team.
The Role:
The successful candidate will work directly with the Partners of the firm across a wide range of advisory engagements, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Business valuations
- Financial due diligence
- Capital raising transactions
- Strategic and financial advisory assignments
- Market and industry research
- Private assets and investment-related projects

Responsibilities:
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Preparation of management presentations
- Preparation of transaction materials
- Attend client meetings
- Support business development initiatives and proposal preparation
- Research on economic themes and sourcing of market insights
- Support with transaction mandates, including due diligence, data room and general project management
- Support the general operations of the company, including company administration work
Requirements:
- Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate business and finance situations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable with using other software and AI
- University degree from a top-tier university. Relevant qualification in finance and economics will be considered an advantage. Would also consider candidates with engineering degrees
- Professional qualification in one following: ACA, ACCA or CFA
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, transaction services, valuation, investment management, audit and banking
- Fluency in both Greek and English (both written and speaking). Any other languages will be considered a plus

€33,000 - 37,000 annual gross, depending on experience
