Semi-Senior Accountant - Nicosia

For a Top 10 global accounting firm, we are looking for a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their team in Nicosia. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional looking to further develop their experience within an established international organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining books of account on behalf of our clients

• Preparing reconciliation statements and computing VAT returns

• Preparing periodic management accounts, including cash flow, income statements and balance sheets

• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and producing financial reports and relevant statements

• Liaising with auditors and provision of comprehensive accounting information and clarifications required for the completion of audit assignments

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience in a relevant position with similar duties as described above

• Experience in bookkeeping for international clients

• LCCI qualification or other relevant bookkeeping qualification

• Good knowledge of IFRS principles

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Strong analytical thinking with sharp attention to detail

• Sound knowledge of accounting software

• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office

Salary:
