For our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee real estate sales operations, and develop effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive property sales and maximize revenue

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities

Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders

Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure effective promotion of projects
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams

Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
