    Sales Manager - Limassol

    For our client, we are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth, oversee real estate sales operations, and develop effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s objectives. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive property sales and maximize revenue

    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new opportunities

    • Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders

    • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure effective promotion of projects

     

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field

    • Minimum 5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams

    • Strong knowledge of the real estate market and property sales processes

    • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

    • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions

    • Fluency in English and Russian (additional languages will be considered an advantage)
