    Sales Consultant (hybrid) - Larnaca

    For a Tech Company based in Larnaca, and an approved training centre by ANAD (Human Resource Development Authority), we are looking to find a Sales Consultant. The company delivers professional training seminars and development programs that help individuals and organisations grow. They are now looking for a driven, detail-oriented professional to take ownership of the Academy’s day-to-day operations and, most importantly, lead its growth.

     

    Responsibilities

    Business Development & Sales 

    • Contact and follow up with leads generated from marketing campaigns; convert enquiries into registrations through persuasive, professional communication
    • Identify and approach large accounts and corporate clients across Cyprus for in-house training and partnerships
    • Organise and coordinate networking events to build brand awareness and attract new clients
    • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and training opportunities

     

    Operations & Administration

    • Support participants with the ERMIS system (ANAD’s platform) and ensure seamless registration processes
    • Registering our programs in ERMIS, both the inhouse ones, multicompany ones, or vital ones (Ζωτικής σημασίας)
    • Register participants to their exams (eg for the Train the Trainer course), and oversee and own the process
    • Create and maintain training manuals, participant guides, and other learning materials
    • Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices and financial documents
    • Handle general administrative duties, basic bookkeeping, and record-keeping
    • Ensure every touchpoint - from first call to certificate delivery - reflects professionalism and attention to detail

     

    Requirements

    • Excellent command of both English and Greek (written and spoken)
    • Exceptional attention to detail - nothing slips through the cracks
    • A self-starter who takes full ownership of their work and manages their own time effectively
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills - you’re comfortable picking up the phone and equally confident in a boardroom
    • A genuine passion for growth - both personal and professional
    • Proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented mindset
    • Experience in sales, business development, marketing, or training coordination is a plus but not required - we value attitude over CV
