For one of the most dynamic Groups in the construction sector in Cyprus and internationally, we are looking to find a dynamic Personal Assistant for the CEO. The position will be located in the head offices, based in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
- General management of the CEO's administrative requirements
- Organization and monitoring of all administrative matters arising from the group's administrative activities.
- Preparing numerous conference calls

Prioritize requests and gatekeep distractions

Draft and manage emails, messages, and presentations

Prepare daily/weekly agendas and briefing notes

Handle highly sensitive information with discretion

Handling various administrative requests of the CEO
Requirements:
- Academic education in the subject of secretarial studies
- At least five years of experience in a similar position
- Excellent office organization software skills e.g. MS Office
- Very good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken
