    Personal Assistant to CEO - Nicosia

    For one of the most dynamic Groups in the construction sector in Cyprus and internationally, we are looking to find a dynamic Personal Assistant for the CEO. The position will be located in the head offices, based in Nicosia. 

     

    Responsibilities: 

    • General management of the CEO's administrative requirements
    • Organization and monitoring of all administrative matters arising from the group's administrative activities.
    • Preparing numerous conference calls
    • Prioritize requests and gatekeep distractions

    • Draft and manage emails, messages, and presentations

    • Prepare daily/weekly agendas and briefing notes

    • Handle highly sensitive information with discretion

    • Handling various administrative requests of the CEO 

     

    Requirements:

    • Academic education in the subject of secretarial studies
    • At least five years of experience in a similar position
    • Excellent office organization software skills e.g. MS Office
    • Very good communication skills in Greek and English, both written and spoken

    Salary: 

    €25,000 - 35,000 annual gross, depending on experience
