For our client, a well established Accounting firm, in Limassol, we are seeking a Payroll Officer to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple client companies, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery. Their clients rely on them to manage their payroll end-to-end.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for multiple client organizations, including salaries, overtime, bonuses, deductions, and benefits.
- Collect and verify employee data and timesheets from client HR teams.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements for each client.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports, tax filings, and social insurance contributions on behalf of clients.
- Handle client and employee queries regarding payroll and resolve discrepanciespromptly.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy of all client payroll data.
- Support year-end reporting and audits for clients.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting payroll compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of multi-client payroll processing and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., eBOS, other CY related payroll software) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication skills for client interaction and issue resolution.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with eBOS or other payroll systems and integration between payroll and accounting platforms will be considered an advantage.
- Ability to manage high-volume payroll and adapt to diverse client requirements.

Salary:
€20,000 - 30,000 annual gross, depending on experience
