For our client, one of the most established industrial companies in Cyprus, we are looking for a Marketing Cordinator to join their team, in Limassol.
They serve fabricators, architects, developers, and homeowners with products known for their durability, quality, and precision. With a fully integrated manufacturing process and a long history of engineering excellence, the firm plays an important role in shaping residential, commercial, and large scale projects across Cyprus and abroad.
Responsibilities:
External Marketing and Campaigns
- Plan and execute campaigns for both trade and consumer audiences.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and approvals.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with external suppliers.
Website and Digital Experience
- Manage website updates, content, and structure.
- Improve user experience and ensure information is clear and accessible. Social Media and Storytelling
- Manage social channels with a consistent, modern voice.
- Create engaging content that reflects the brand.
- Capture stories, news, and updates from across the company.
Product Marketing
- Support product launches and communication across systems and solutions.
- Translate technical information into clear, market-ready messages.
- Work closely with Sales, R&D, and other departments. Agency Partner Coordination
- Act as the day to day contact for external creative and marketing partners.
- Ensure smooth workflow, accurate briefs, and timely delivery of materials.
Internal Communications
- Support the preparation of internal announcements, updates, and company wide messaging.
- Ensure information is clear, timely, and aligned with the brand.
Cross Department Collaboration
- Work with Sales, HR, Showrooms, R&D, Production, and Support teams to gather information and coordinate communication.
- Keep stakeholders aligned and informed. PR & Media
- Support press opportunities, media content, and external communications.
- Help maintain a strong market presence.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years in marketing, content, or communications.
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (written and verbal).
- Organised, proactive, and comfortable owning execution.
- Able to translate complex information into simple, useful messaging.
- Confident working with multiple departments and external partners.
- Good understanding of digital channels and content creation.
- Not afraid to ask questions or follow up to get things done.
- A nice person who enjoys a social workplace.
- A creative problem solver.
- Experience executing campaigns and managing digital channels. Experience with various social media channels would be considered an advantage.
- Experience coordinating agencies or external partners.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar would be considered an advantage.
