Role Overview
As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in supporting the recruitment process from start to finish. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to start a career in recruitment, develop strong client and candidate relationships, and learn from experienced consultants in a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior consultants in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Write and post job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial phone and video interviews with candidates.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the CRM system.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Support in preparing candidates for interviews and providing feedback.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
- Contribute to market research and talent mapping initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using digital tools, databases, and social media platforms.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or HR is a plus but not required.

Salary:
€1100 monthly gross + commission
