For a Corporate Legal Firm, we are currently seeking to recruit a Junior Corporate Lawyer (1–3 years’ experience) to join their growing team. Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and preparing corporate and commercial legal documentation including agreements, resolutions, minutes, powers of attorney, and legal correspondence.
- Assisting with company incorporations, restructurings, and corporate administration matters.
- Preparation and submission of applications and forms to the Registrar of Companies.
- Conducting legal research and preparing legal opinions on Cyprus law.
- Liaising with clients, governmental authorities, accountants, banks, and other professionals.
- Assisting in the management of client portfolios and ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and deadlines.
- Supporting senior lawyers in corporate transactions and legal matters.
Requirements
- LLB degree in Law from a recognised university.
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- 1–3 years of relevant professional experience in corporate and/or commercial law.
- Very good knowledge of Cyprus Companies Law (Cap. 113) and corporate procedures.
- Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong drafting, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
