For our client, one of Cyprus’ most established real estate and construction companies in Paphos, we are seeking a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join our Engineering & Architectural Department and contribute to the successful delivery of residential and commercial developments.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the Engineering team in the coordination and monitoring of construction projects.
• Monitor site activities and record project progress.
• Inspect construction works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, quantity measurements, and project reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
• Support the implementation of quality assurance, health, and safety procedures on construction sites.
• Participate in site inspections and project meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Civil Engineering or final-year Civil Engineering student.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of project scheduling software (MS Project or Primavera) will be considered an advantage.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
• Very good command of both Greek and English languages.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
