For our client, a growing and well-established property development company in Limassol, we are looking for a creative and detail-driven Interior Designer to shape the interiors of luxury residential and mixed-use developments, from concept and material selection through to design delivery and completion.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Interior Design & Concept Development

Develop interior concepts, mood boards, material palettes and layouts for luxury residential and mixed-use projects.

Prepare presentations, renders and sample boards.
-
Ensure designs balance aesthetics, functionality, quality and budget.
Materials, Finishes & FF&E
-
Select and specify materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures and fittings.
-
Prepare finish schedules and material specifications.
-
Source products and suppliers while managing budgets and lead times.
Design Documentation & Coordination

Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, elevations, joinery, ceiling plans and specifications.
-
Coordinate designs with architectural, structural and MEP teams.
-
Ensure designs are practical, buildable and compliant with relevant requirements.
Project Delivery
-
Review shop drawings, samples and technical submissions.
-
Attend site visits and support snagging and final inspections.
-
Work with contractors and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained through to completion.
Collaboration

Work closely with design, development, construction, procurement and sales teams.

Coordinate with consultants, suppliers and contractors.

Support show units, sales suites and marketing spaces.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Essential
-
Degree or professional qualification in Interior Design, Interior Architecture or a related discipline.

3–5 years' relevant experience, ideally in luxury residential, hospitality or mixed-use projects.

Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality design and detailing.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite; Revit is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, FF&E, lighting and joinery.

Good understanding of technical documentation and construction processes.
-
Excellent attention to detail and strong English communication skills.
Desirable

Experience with luxury residential interiors and FF&E procurement.

Experience with show homes, sales suites or marketing spaces.

Experience working with contractors, suppliers and site teams.

Knowledge of the Cyprus property and construction market.

Greek language skills.
