Insurance Consultant (remote) - Nicosia

For our client, a global insurance provider, we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Insurance Advisor to join their team. The successful candidate will provide professional insurance advice to clients, helping them identify and select solutions that best meet their personal or business needs. Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on suitable insurance products based on their needs and circumstances
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
• Present and explain insurance coverage, terms, and conditions clearly and professionally
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on insurance applications and related documentation
• Support clients throughout the policy lifecycle, including renewals and claims assistance
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulations
• Achieve individual and team sales and service targets while maintaining high service standards

Requirements:

• High School Graduate
• Clean criminal record
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional attitude
• Willingness to learn and continuously develop within the insurance sector
• Basic computer literacy
• Previous experience in sales or customer service will be considered an advantage but is not required
