For our client, a top 10 Global Accounting Firm, we are looking for an HR Manager to lead the HR department. The company is based in Limssol and offering hybrid working.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of the recruitment process including job specifications,sourcing applicants, conducting interviews, preparing offers & contracts;
- Managing induction of new employees and the exit of leavers, including conducting exit interviews;
- Coordinating the Summer Internship Program, including sourcing applicants,conducting interviews and managing induction of interns;
- Implementing and maintaining HR policies & procedures, as well as maintaining local HR policies as legislation requires;
- Preparing and updating the Staff Handbook and HR Manual;
- Ensuring that employees comply with company policies and procedures;
- Liaising with outsourced payroll provider in respect of employee information;
- Developing and updating the performance appraisal forms, and coordinating the appraisal process with Line Managers and Partners;
- Assisting with the training/seminar procedures for employees;
- Arranging and reviewing medical insurance plan;
- Being responsible for developing and implementing Health and Safety measures in the workplace;
- Managing annual leave entitlement and absence requests;
- Resolving job-related issues and queries of staff on a daily basis;
- Communicating the HR practises for employee engagement and satisfaction (e.g., Employee satisfaction questionnaire, employee benefits etc.);
- Maintaining and promoting a positive working environment;
- Liaising with professional bodies (Colleges, Universities) in regard to ACCA Trainees and, monitoring and updating records for the ACCA courses;
- Managing and updating personnel records.
Requirements:
- Degree in HR or relevant field
- Minimum 3 years of practical relevant experience in HR
- Pleasant personality, professionalism, ability to work in a team and, when necessary, work under strict reporting deadlines;
- Highly detail-oriented and organised;
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
