For a well established Accounting & Audit firm, in Larnaca, we are looking for a Front Desk Administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the telephone centre and handling of incoming calls.
- Monitoring and management of the General Manager’s calendar.
- Arranging and organizing client appointments.
- Welcoming visitors and clients and providing hospitality (coffee, water, etc.).
- Communication with technical service centres and external partners.
- Preparation and monitoring of orders for consumables, supplies, and inventory.
- General secretarial and administrative duties.
- Management of filing and records.
- Management of social media pages.
- Any other tasks that add value to the firm and the department.
- Assist to Debtor Collection.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanour.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Good knowledge of PC and basic Office applications.
- Very good knowledge of the English language.
- Previous experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
Salary:
€17,500 annual gross, depending on experience
