For our client, one of Cyprus’ most established real estate and construction companies, we are looking for an experienced Foreman to join their team and collaborate with Engineering and Architectural Department. The role involves coordination of site activities and monitoring of construction project progress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assign daily tasks and coordinate worker schedules based on skill sets.
• Lead morning huddles, toolbox talks, and safety briefings.
• Coach, mentor, and train apprentices or new crew members.
• Manage team performance, monitor punctuality, and resolve on-site conflicts.
• Requisition, order, and organize tools, equipment, and building materials.
• Ensure equipment is inspected, maintained, and operated safely.
• Minimize material waste and prevent on-site logistical bottlenecks.

Safety & Quality Control

• Enforce workplace safety regulations and personal protective equipment (PPE) rules.
• Inspect work in progress to ensure it meets quality standards, building codes, and contract specifications.
• Identify safety hazards and stop unsafe work practices immediately. 

Communication & Reporting

• Act as the communication bridge between senior superintendents, project managers, and trade crews.
• Coordinate activities with independent contractors and specialized subcontractors.
• Track daily progress, log labor hours, and submit production or incident reports. 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position.

SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:

• Fluent in Greek and English
• Good knowledge of Cyprus construction regulations and development procedures.
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• €30,000 - 42,000 annual gross, depending on experience
