For our client, we are seeking a Financial Services Officer. Our client is one of the most dynamic groups in the construction sector in Cyprus, covering a wide range of activities both within and outside of Cyprus. Through the combined activities of the Group’s companies in the fields of Construction, Land Development, Production of Raw Materials and Energy, the Group has gained significant momentum while creating prospects for the expansion of its operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring of accounting and financial reports (Reporting)
- Preparation and monitoring of management accounts
- Support of the year-end audit process
- Supervision of processes related to the management of creditors and debtors
- Monitoring of the payments process and control of postings
- Cooperation and communication with financial institutions
- Design and monitoring of internal control procedures
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Professional qualification in Accounting (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CFA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognised university
EXPERIENCE:
- Professional experience of at least three (3) years
- Professional experience in a sector other than professional services will be considered an advantage
- Ability to manage numerical data with attention to detail and ability to lead a team
- Strong organisational skills and ability to complete work within required deadlines

SALARY:
- EUR 35 - 40K gross per annum (NEGOTIABLE)
