For a well established Consultancy & Audit firm, based in central Nicosia, we are looking to find a Corporate Administrator to join their team. The successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across a broad range of corporate administration matters, including company incorporations, statutory compliance, banking coordination and ongoing corporate governance support, while working closely with experienced professionals in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support a portfolio of international clients.
- Assist with the incorporation, re-organisation and dissolution of Cyprus companies.
- Prepare and submit forms and documentation to the Registrar of Companies and other relevant authorities.
- Maintain and update statutory records, registers and corporate files.
- Draft board minutes, resolutions, powers of attorney and other corporate documents.
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, auditors, banks and other service providers in Cyprus and abroad.
- Attend to banking matters, including bank account openings, communication with financial institutions and submission of supporting documentation.
- Handle payments, fund transfers and reconciliations in coordination with clients and internal teams.
- Support KYC and due diligence procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and ensure timely filings and submissions.
Requirements
- Up to 2 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, ideally within a professional services firm servicing international clients. Recent graduates with a strong interest in corporate services and willingness to learn will also be considered.
- Basic understanding of Cyprus company law, corporate governance and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organised, reliable and good communication skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Greek will be considered an advantage.
Salary
€20,000 - 26,000 annual gross
