Seeking IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT for our client, one of the most dynamic groups in the construction sector in Cyprus, combining activities of the Group’s companies in the fields of Construction, Land Development, Production of Raw Materials, and Energy, the Group has gained significant momentum while creating prospects for the expansion of its operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitors and drives the progress of works based on schedules, quality standards, and budget.
- Provides support on technical matters throughout the duration of the project.
- Ensures that works are executed within the defined frameworks.
- Plans and manages the Work Programme, maintaining appropriate communication channels between all involved parties.
- Facilitates cooperation with consultants, subcontractors, quantity surveyors, designers, supervisors, and the workforce involved in the project.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Academic background as a Civil Engineer with a degree from a recognised academic institution.
- Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
EXPERIENCE:
- Professional experience of at least two (2) years in the construction sector, preferably in Technical Works.
- Excellent and effective communication skills.
- Ability to work within required deadlines.
- Capability for constructive management of time and available resources, as well as assessment, prioritisation, and allocation of tasks in an effective and efficient manner.
