For a leading Cypriot Audit & Accounting firm, we are looking for an experienced Audit Manager to join their audit team. The successful candidate will report to the Senior Audit Manager and play a key role in delivering high-quality audit work. Responsibilities:
- Lead and perform audits for multiple clients across various industries (e.g. investment, finance, trading) in line with ISA, IFRS, and Companies Law
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax computations in accordance with IFRS and Cyprus tax legislation
- Review audit work of junior staff, ensuring quality control and compliance before Senior Manager review
- Assist in staff allocation, budget planning, and tracking audit engagement progress
- Maintain direct communication with clients and internal departments to collect information and address ongoing matters
- Monitor daily work status and report regularly to the Senior Audit Manager
- Support, train, and guide junior team members; contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Attend client meetings and ensure audit deliverables align with client expectations
- Maintain strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently
- Perform other audit-related duties as required.
Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with a university degree in Accounting (IT-related degree is a plus) and a strong academic record.
- Over 5 years of audit firm experience, including at least 3 years post-qualification.
- Solid knowledge of auditing principles, accounting standards, Cyprus tax, and Caseware.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and time management skills; able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional, dependable, and self-motivated with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Greek and English; knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a plus.
- IT literate and capable of maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleague

Salary:
€38,400 – 42,000 annual gross, depending on experience
