For our client, accounting and advisory firm based in Limassol, we are looking for an exceptional Assistant Compliance Officer to join their team.
Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing and effective compliance program for the company

Aid on training and educating staff regarding compliance and their obligations

Keep up to date and follow up national, international and EU legal and regulatory developments and ensuring company’s compliance

On boarding new clients, drafting and updating customer files
-
Designing, drafting, and updating policies, manual, procedures, and controls
-
Being able to assist customers in bank applications
Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
University degree in relevant discipline or other

Knowledge of AML legislation and other applicable laws

Working experience in a similar role

Being able to provide new ideas to increase efficiency

Excellent knowledge of Greek and English languages (written and spoken), knowledge of German language will be considered an advantage

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Eager to learn, committed and curious

Financial knowledge
-
EBOS software knowledge will be considered an advantage
