For our client, a growing and well-established property development company in Paphos, we are seeking an Architect to join its Technical Department based in Paphos.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design and develop architectural studies and concepts.
• Prepare planning permit drawings and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and external consultants.
• Monitor projects during the construction phase.
• Participate in meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with planning regulations, building codes, and technical standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Architecture.
• Very good knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of Revit and other 3D design software will be considered an advantage.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:
• Excellent command of both Greek and English languages.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
