For our client, an IT Services company, we are looking to find an Accounting & Operations Officer for a permanent, full-time position to join their team in Nicosia.
This role focuses on day-to-day financial administration and operational support, working closely with management and external accountants.
Responsibilities:
Financial Administration
- Prepare and issue customer invoices
- Record receipts and supplier invoices
- Maintain accurate filing and documentation of financial records
- Assist in debtors and creditors monitoring and follow-up
- Support the preparation of reports for the external accountant
- Perform basic reconciliations and data checks (excluding bank/VAT/payroll handled externally)
Operations & Admin Support
- Coordinate with internal teams (Sales & Technical) to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with client onboarding and documentation
- Maintain and update internal systems and records
- Provide general administrative support to management and departments
- Assist in improving internal processes and workflows
Working hours: 08:30 - 17:30
Requirements:
- University Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field OR 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
- LCCI Higher or similar qualification will be considered an advantage
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Fluency in Greek and English (written & spoken)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Salary:
€2200 monthly gross x 13 salaries
